 All
Non-Residents are required to have a guide while hunting.
Minors are
required to be 16 years of age when applying for Bear Tags through lottery draw
Must be 18 or
older to apply for Moose lottery draw
Hunters Orange
is required at certain times of year for certain species so check with guide or
outfitter
Licenses can be
purchased through Outfitters for most species but Moose is by Lottery Draw and
Bear can also be done Online or by Telephone when applying through the lotteries
Bow Hunters are
Required to Show a Bow hunters education card to outfitter or DNR at time of
license purchase
16 and 17 year
olds are to show a firearms/safety education course and have had 2 years hunting
experience and be accompanied by an adult so check with guide or outfitter
Proof of
experience can be copies of previous hunting licenses
Remember bring
Photo ID's and/or a Passport if available. Please try to bring 3 pieces of ID
You must not
have had your privileges revoked under the authority of the Fish and Wildlife
Act of New Brunswick
